Описание

Сигнализатор уровня РСУ-3 предназначен для контроля
пороговых уровней неабразивных неагрессивных сыпучих материалов в бункере
(продуктопроводе) и формирования релейного сигнала через установленное время
задержки. РСУ-3 может устанавливаться для контроля верхнего и нижнего уровня
продукта в бункерах, использоваться как сигнализатор подпора в головках и
башмаках норий, сбросных коробах винтовых и цепных конвейеров и т.д.

Устройство и принцип работы сигнализаторов уровня РСУ

Принцип действия микроволновых сигнализаторов уровня РСУ-1, РСУ-3 основан на ослаблении радиосигнала, проходящего от генератора до приёмника сквозь слой сыпучего продукта. Приборы работают в условиях налипания, предельная толщина налипшего слоя может быть от 10 до 500 мм, зависит от влажности продукта и содержания в нём металлических примесей.

На противоположные стороны бункера (самотёка) в подготовленные отверстия устанавливаются генератор и приёмник радиосигнала. Когда пространство между ними заполняется продуктом, уровень сигнала в приёмнике резко падает, вызывая срабатывание сигнализатора "на подпор".

Сигнализаторы уровня РСУ-1 и РСУ-1А. Используются для работы с бункерами, диаметр которых не превышает 3 м. Генератор и приемник радиосигнала, входящие в состав РСУ-1 и РСУ-1А, представляют собой отдельные элементы, которые могут устанавливаться в труднодоступных местах. Данные передаются на вторичный прибор, на который также вынесены органы настройки. РСУ-1 питается от промышленной сети переменного тока (~187...242 В, 49...51 Гц). РСУ-1А – от постоянного напряжения 21...27 В.
